I worked for Olivier for a period nearly 2 years in the team of Industrial Project management , Olivier had always a global view on the Leadership of Project management , collaboration, cross function communication, and servant leadership. He created the CAPEX Board to involve the subjects matter experts to review the review the business case ,etc.
